Mohamed Sanu Posed Valid Question Amid Reports Of NFL Banning Jersey Swap

New England Patriots veteran wideout Mohamed Sanu asked a really simple and important question regarding the NFL jersey swap. Or something like that. The league won’t allow football players to swap uniforms after games in the 2020 NFL season. Well, many players disapproved this decision, and they all shared their opinion.

The Patriots veteran wideout didn’t really join Richard Sherman and Deshaun Watson in slamming the league over the reported rule change. However, he did really join social media to deliver a question related to the social distancing guideline the league is trying to impose.

“So is everyone going no huddle this year or??,” Sanu tweeted.

“While the joint NFL-NFLPA medical committee has worked together for months to develop various protocols, a union source says the game-day protocols sent to clubs last night — including the ban on postgame jersey swaps — have not yet been agreed to,” Tom Pelissero wrote on Twitter. “‘Still a work in progress.’”

A lot of players responded to this decision. Benjamin Watson may not be part of the NFL anymore, but he did deliver a message. “Those 3.5 HOURS of physical, full contact, REVENUE GENERATING player interactions are safe. Those 5 MINUTES of post game NON REVENUE GENERATING interactions are not.”

Richard Sherman believes that this is the perfect example of the “NFL thinking in a nutshell.” According to him, football players can engage in a full contact game and do things safely. However, the league believes that exchanging jerseys after the game is horrible and dangerous. Many players share his opinion.
