Patriots’ Cam Newton Shares Another Hype Message To Boston In Latest IG Post

Veteran quarterback Cam Newton has just arrived in Boston, and he took to his Instagram account to deliver a message. Several reports have confirmed that Patriots quarterbacks won’t report for training camp until Monday. Well, Newton is in Boston and he arrived at Logan Airport on Wednesday evening.

The quarterback’s production company, Iconic Saga, shared details of Newton’s arrival. In this photo, we can see a masked Newton walking around an empty airport. Yes, he was wearing his usual non-uniform attire. The stylish hat was the perfect addition. Maybe some of you expected to see the fanfare at the airport. But we are in the middle of a pandemic, and there isn’t too much room for celebration.

Cam Newton fires up Boston

The quarterback took to his Instagram to deliver a message to the city of Boston.

“Boston, the eagle has landed!! Now let’s work,” Newton wrote and shared a quote by J. Cole.

“I got real, big plans, I ain’t gonna lie. I got a whole lot to prove, I ain’t gonna lie.”

Newton agreed to a one-year deal full of incentives last month. Head coach Bill Belichick gave Newton a chance to compete for the empty quarterback job. The 2015 NFL MVP will challenge quarterback Jarrett Stidham and Brian Hoyer for the starting position. It will be a hard challenge for every player on the Patriots roster. Newton will have little time to learn the Patriots playbook.

The Patriots training camp will start on Tuesday. There are so many details to be taken care of by the NFL and NFLPA before the regular season starts off.

Newton is healthy right now. He has shared so many videos of his workout with Patriots players. From what we can see, Newton looks really great and Jay Glazer believes that he is in the right position to take the big role.

The former Carolina Panthers quarterback sustained two serious injuries in the past years. Newton had to undergo two surgeries in the past three years. In 2019, he was limited to two games and the Panthers decided to release him in March.
