The Los Angeles Clippers arrived in Orlando, and Kawhi Leonard didn’t join the team. Landry Shamet wasn’t there, too. The team will practice Friday afternoon. The Los Angeles Lakers departed the big city on Thursday and will have their practice for the first time at Disney World on Saturday.

Center Dwight Howard was set to meet his team in Orlando on Thursday night. Guard Avery Bradley opted out of the restart and assistant coach Lionel Hollins won’t join the franchise because of health concerns.

JR Smith isn’t the only player to react to the NBA bubble

Clippers center Montrezl Harrell is one of the few players who have taken their accounts to complain about the food served during the quarantine. Lakers guard Rajon Rondo shared a photo of a room at the Gran Destino. The Lakers and Clippers are staying there. According to him, the room is compared to a Motel 6.

Orlando Magic big man Nikola Vucevic is inside the bubble away from his little son and pregnant wife. He explained that the conditions are better than some social media posts represent them. For someone who has spent time in Wi-Fi-less rooms with the Montenegro men’s national team, this is actually fine.

“I’ve seen guys complaining about the food and everything,” Vucevic said. “We just got here. It wasn’t that bad. It was fine. It’s not what we’re used to eating at home, sure. But you also have to consider they’re making food for over 1,000 people. It’s not easy to do that.”

Well, the NBA will soon improve the conditions for the superstars. Some of them are fine with this. But the rest of them… they don’t like it at all. It’s not like they don’t like it. They find it hilarious.
