Frank Vogel Updates on the Team’s Major Improvement Areas For the Upcoming Games

The Los Angeles Lakers are about to play their third seeding game. It’s a match against the Utah Jazz. They won the first game against the Los Angeles Clippers but lost the match to the Toronto Raptors. It was a big loss, and the Lakers offense struggled. The Lakers had a challenging fixture in the game against their city rivals. When the team confronted the Raptors, they were hit with a defeat. Kyle Lowry and his team came out with a big win. Where does this leave the Lakers and their superstars? Lakers head coach Frank Vogel provided updates on the improvement his team is about to make.

Rajon Rondo’s injury had an impact on the game. But, the Lakers have a very good roster that is able to win a title. LeBron James and Anthony Davis lead the team to the big game.

Coach Frank Vogel provides important updates

Following the loss to the Raptors, Lakers players had a shoot around session. Coach Vogel addressed the media after the session was over. He talked about the major improvement areas for his players.

“Frank Vogel says the top things the Lakers want to work on is their screening and spacing,” Harrison Faigen of Silver Screen & Roll said. “He says they obviously need to make more shots, but thinks those two things will help.”

NBA teams play in a closed bubble and that makes things really hard for players.

In the game against the Raptors, LA had a field goal percentage of 35.4%. It’s not a good number for a team that tries to win the title.

“Vogel also said he wanted to practice yesterday, but that because of the weird practice availabilities, the Lakers would have been forced to do so at 6 p.m. which he didn’t want to do, and is why they decided to have a somewhat-rare mandatory shootaround today.”

It’s a challenging season for the Lakers, and they will do their best to win the big game at the end of the race. The team has enough talent to do that and the only thing we can do right now is sit and wait.
