Julian Edelman Delivers Sweet Birthday Message To Tom Brady

Julian Edelman and Tom Brady were more than teammates. They were like brothers. Well, these two may not be playing on the same team, but their love is still so strong. Brady and Edelman will keep nourishing their friendship, and this relationship will never end.

TB12 celebrated his 43rd birthday Monday. He is playing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers now. This will be Brady’s first season with another team. Edelman was catching passes from Brady for a really long time. Brady was a Patriots quarterback for twenty years and now he is playing with a different team.

Edelman was catching passes from Brady for 11 seasons. He took to his Instagram stories to honor his former quarterback with great wishes.

Julian Edelman will play his first season without Tom Brady

When it comes to his first Brady-less season with the team, Edelman is ready to show everyone that he is not just “a product of Brady.” TB12 helped him amass a career-high 1,117 receiving yards in 2019.

The 34-year old wide receiver has already been working out with newly-signed Patriots quarterback Cam Newton. In other words, Edelman has moved on and he will now play his best football with another quarterback. Edelman tried really hard to convince Brady to stay with the Patriots. His campaign didn’t work, and Brady signed a deal with the Bucs.

Edelman isn’t the only Patriots player to develop an incredibly close bond with Brady. He and Brady won three Super Bowls together. Brady won Super Bowls with some of his other teammates. He is a Bucs player now, and his former teammates still miss him.

But, football is a completely different thing. It’s a game. An important game. Edelman and his teammates will enter a challenging season and the show must go on. Brady will do the same with his new teammates.

NFL fans didn’t even think that Edelman would forget Brady’s birthday. It was nice to see him write a nice message for his older brother. These two will stay great friends despite their uniforms. Brady will play against Edelman for the first time in 2021. The Bucs will come to Foxboro next year.
