The NBA has prepared some guest rules for players staying inside the Orlando bubble. Some family members will be able to visit players. However, non-family members won’t be allowed to get in.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the NBA won’t allow for “guests to be permitted on the basis of a casual relationship with a player.”
“As the NBA prepares for the arrival of team guests into The Bubble for the start of the conference semifinals this month, the league and players association have agreed that non-family members must have ‘longstanding relationships’ with those they’re visiting, according to a memo obtained by ESPN.
“The NBA and National Basketball Players Association negotiated terms that preclude players from hosting guests who would be deemed as wholly casual in nature, including ‘known by the player only through social media or an intermediary,’ according to the memo.”
Kuzma has hilarious reaction to Woj’s report on the NBA guest rules
Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma reacted to Wojnarowski’s report. His reaction was pretty expected.
The forward also elaborated on the chance to meet friends and family during the playoffs. Well, he can’t wait for guests to arrive.
Kuzma is dating model Winnie Harlow. The gorgeous lady got her swab test and she is ready to enter the bubble.
Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown talked about the situation inside the bubble. Players are seeing the same people every day and this affects their mental health.
Players and coaches will get a chance to increase their circles in Orlando. Of course, they have to have a “long-standing” relationship with their guests.
Kuzma and the Lakers have clinched the top spot in the West. They play the Sacramento Kings in the final seeding game. The team will have to wait until Saturday before they find out who they play in the first round of the playoffs. It will be a big battle, and fans have made some predictions.
The Lakers are considered contenders to win the big title this season. They will meet Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks at some point. It will be great to see the big stars meet on the field.
