LeBron James Blasts Haters With Defiant Message After Lakers Clinch No. 1 Seed

LeBron James haters can’t get enough. The Los Angeles Lakers have been doing pretty good in the NBA bubble so far. Not great, but pretty good. So far, they are 2-1 since the season restarted after an almost 5 month break.

But this hasn’t been the biggest story out of the bubble, it seems. The Lakers finally clinched the 1 seed in the Western Conference and Lebron was very excited about this.

It has been a long time since the Lakers had the 1 seed in the West. In fact, not since Kobe Bryant was playing for the purple has this happened.

“Since 2010, right?” James told reporters. “They said I couldn’t do it.

“I’ll enjoy this one. They said I can’t do it.”

James had a combined 22 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists versus the Jazz. Surprisingly, he actually leads the entire NBA in assists at 10.4 per game.

“I can just say it feels damn good to be the number one seed in the West,” James said. “For me, personally.”

The Lakers have been decent so far. Many are looking past the game though. Instead, they are looking at what is happening before the games each day.

The BLM movement has been huge as we have seen. The Lakers have shown their support, none more so than LeBron James.

“You think about 8 minutes and 46 seconds, an officer having his knee on someone’s throat for that long. Video or no video, it doesn’t matter,” James said. “No one deserved to lose their life when it could have been prevented from what I’ve seen and from what the world has seen. So that’s what the T-shirt is all about: The world is watching. Everyone knows the time. Everyone knows what’s going on.”

“I think it was a little bit over four minutes,” James continued. “And we actually as a unit, as a team, had to switch our knees over from one knee to the other knee because they started to get sore. They started to kind of start hurting a little bit. And that’s just a little over four minutes.”

What do you think about this?
