LeBron James Breaks Two Playoff Records in Game 3 vs Blazers

LeBron James is continuing to make some playoffs records. He is obviously one of the best players in NBA history. He is currently working on getting the Los Angeles Lakers back on track in the playoffs. Him and Anthony Davis are doing everything they can to make it to the finals this year.

After the first game, many thought that this was going to be yet another disappointing season. But now with 2 wins in a row and a 2-1 lead, they are just as in it as ever.

But not only are they winning. LeBron is also making some records of his own.

He has taken yet another step during his historic playoffs run. He has now gone up and broken not one but 2 more records. This is following the Lakers 116-108 Game 3 win over Portland.

LeBron got his 158th win in the playoffs on Saturday. After the win, LeBron passed San Antonio legend, Tim Duncan, in playoff victories.

Now, it looks like LeBron is just four wins away from snatching the top spot on this list from another Laker great Derek Fisher. If everything goes as is suspected, he should get this record in the second round of this year’s playoffs.

He has also moved up to 3rd in three pointers made in the playoffs.

That is a pretty good list to be on. He is on this list with some of the best shooters in the history of the NBA. For the people who still think LeBron can’t shoot, maybe they should look at this list.

James and the Lakers were on a mission versus the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday. They have been trying to get back on track after a disappointing loss in the first game. However, they are well on their way to yet another series victory.

Hopefully they are able to keep up their great play. Another finals appearance would be a great thing for Laker fans across the world. It has been quite awhile since the Lakers made any noise in the Playoffs. What do you think about these records?
