LeBron James Reveals Troubling Information, Says There Are Off-Court Issues Potentially Affecting Lakers

LeBron James has been clear about the Los Angeles Lakers issues. The team is finally back in action after a 4 and a half month hiatus. It has been quite awhile since we have seen live NBA basketball. But they are finally back. Sadly, the Lakers look like they have quite a few issues.

They were thoroughly dominated by the Oklahoma City Thunder last night. The team looked all out of sorts and it might get worse before it gets better. The Lakers are currently having tons of team issues as they lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder 105-86.

That is pretty damning. It will be interesting to see what happens going forward. One of the people who killed the Lakers was Lu Dort from the Thunder.

“He’s an animal,” Thunder player Steven Adams said about Dort. “It’s all the small stuff. Making them start their offense at a later clock, which rushes them more. It’s all that small stuff that is so good. It will help out tremendously in the playoffs.”

Dort explained what he did to stop LeBron. “That was just the game plan,” Dort said. “I’m just following what the coaches tell me to do. I just did it, and I feel like it worked well for the team.”

“In my mind, I felt like it was just another game. Another elite team. I felt like it was really a team effort and I felt like we all contributed in this win,” Dort said.

“We were all here guarding him, and I feel like we did a great job.”

Frank Vogel, Lakers head coach also talked about the loss.

“We just got to continue to work for better shot quality. We continue to miss open looks which is leading to some frustration and maybe a shorter fuse in terms of patience necessary for great shots. It’s just a matter of time before the shots start going in,” Vogel said.

The Lakers have a lot of things to work on if they want to make if to the Finals, let alone leave the West. What do you think about the loss?
