LeBron James Shares Powerful Message To Young Fans Following His New Children’s Book Release

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James will inspire his youngest fans through his children’s book. This will give them a chance to develop the best version of themselves. The three-time NBA champion will release his debut children’s picture book I Promise. In this book, LeBron teaches kids to understand their power. They can do anything in this world

“I want them to be confident in themselves and what they’re capable of,” LeBron said. “Kids just want to know someone believes in them.

“If we can give them confidence and hope for their future, that changes everything for them. I hope this book can be that source of inspiration and that push they need to go for their dreams.”

LeBron is a fan of reading because he knows that books can teach you so many things. Age has nothing on his love for books.

“They can take you places you’ve never been, put you in situations you never considered and help you find inspiration,” LeBron said. “Reading others’ stories is what gives us perspective and opens our minds to so much possibility. When I need to disconnect or get away for a bit, I read.

“And I like having the books in my hand, and being able to take them with me wherever I go. Books are an irreplaceable form of learning.”

LeBron James wrote amazing book for all the kids out there

LeBron grew up reading Go, Dog, Go!, The Cat in the Hat, The Giving Three and If You Give a Mouse a Cookie. He read these books to his kids, and he would love to see all the kids in this world read these books.

Nina Mata illustrates I Promise. The book reminds children that tomorrow’s success starts with the huge promise we make to ourselves and this world. Children can do their best and can turn into their best.

The book’s cover art has six children of varied skin tones. They work together and paint the title of the brilliant book.

The idea for this book relies on the values and initiatives of the I Promise school in Akron.

“Books have the ability to teach, inspire, and bring people together,” LeBron said in the press release. “That’s why these books, and the opportunity to get children and parents reading together, mean so much to me.”
