LeBron James Targets CJ McCollum With Mysterious Social Media Message

LeBron James is trying to get in the heads of his opponents when he sent CJ McCollum a mysterious message. The Los Angeles Lakers are finally starting to get back on track. They will be taking on the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round of the NBA Playoffs.

Most agree that the Lakers are one of the of the favorites to win the title this year. This would be a big upgrade from last year, when they failed to even make the Playoffs. It looks like this will change this year.

Here are the lyrics from Nipsey Hussle:

Stop them games where they start to begin
Lion heart in my brim
And ***** it get dark in the den
Question is homie with the sharks can you swim?
Smell fakes, smell *****, smell fear
Killer instinct we can tell what’s pretend

Could this be a warning shot to McCollum and the Trail Blazers?

LeBron James Targets CJ McCollum With Mysterious Social Media Message

Here is what he had to say on his post:

“I always said that I was a shark… No matter what the circumstances are. I always told people don’t worry about me, I’m going to figure out how to eat and that’s what I’ve always done… Because if you don’t kill, you will be killed out here. You will be destroyed, figuratively obviously and you will be going home.”

LeBron is obviously looking for a way to get in the heads of his opponents. He has talked about trying to get back on track before. The bubble seems to have had a negative impact on the Lakers.

According to him, he is not yet in Playoff mode.

“Me, personally, as far as mentally, I’m not in playoff-mode,” he said. “Physically, I’m getting there. I feel like my legs have gotten better and better, my game has improved more and more, I’m getting more and more comfortable with the bubble. But as far as the mental side of it, nah, I’m not there. Personally, I don’t think our team is there. But we will be. It’s a different type of mindset that you have to be in, but you don’t want to jump into it before you actually get there because it takes a lot — a lot of energy, a lot of effort.”

What do you think about this?
