NBA All-Star Has Special Advice for LeBron James Ahead of the Playoffs

The Los Angeles Lakers have already clinched the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference. But it wasn’t easy. They experienced a number of highs and lows in the season restart inside the Orlando Bubble. Now, an NBA All-Star has a special advice for LeBron ahead of the playoffs.

The Lakers forward has been shortlisted for the MVP award for the season. He’ll be competing against Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo and Houston Rockets guard James Harden.

NBA All-Star Steve Nash compliments LeBron James

LeBron James has been considered the best NBA player throughout his career. The former NBA All-Star, Steve Nash agrees. He said:

“His continued excellence and his historic excellence for so many years, he’s kind got to pick his spots. He can’t have the impact like he can’t play his class level defense all season long. He’s got to pick his spots to continue to be ready for the playoffs.”

According to Nash, LeBron is always ready – mentally, physically, and emotionally. There’s nothing he can’t do on the court.

“LeBron is so intelligent. So gifted… such an incredible player who makes his teammates better you know in the sense, there it’s different.  But playing with Anthony and having to pick his spots at times defensively.”

NBA All-Star Steve Nash’s view of LeBron is not just a subjective opinion. James is largely responsible for his team’s success in every single season. Whether or not he wins the MVP award for the season, he is definitely the MVP for the Lakers.

The Lakers may be first seed but their performance has only dipped after the season restart. The purple and gold is heavily reliant on the LeBron and Davis duo. And those two need to buckle up if they want to secure the championship.
