New England Patriots Rookie Kyle Dugger’s Role Likely Being Revealed

There is a New England Patriots rookie who is looking up to the task that is ahead of him. This would be a huge addition to the team. The Patriots are looking to get better after the disappointing 2019 season. But it looks like they are taking the right steps on getting back on track.

Howver, Kyle Dugger looks like he is going to be a huge part of the Patriots team in 2020.

He is making a huge mark, as we can see on a recent Instagram post.

Dugger was who the Patriots chose first in the NFL draft. The safety from Lenoir-Rhyne is going to be a big player for the Patriots. He is able to play in coverage, as well as have run coverage, and even some playmaking as a return man. His playmaking skills were notable in practice.

“You search far and wide to try to find these guys,” said Patriots’ special teams coach Troy Brown. “It’s not an easy job finding them, and it’s not an easy job once you do find them to get those guys to do [things] correctly all the time.”

“Patriots rookie safety Kyle Dugger shined on special teams as a return man in his first day of practice.”

We will have to see what he is able to bring to the team going forward. The Patriots are definitely looking for any explosive abilities as possible. That including Cam Newton, who will most likely take over for Tom Brady this season.

Head coach Bill Belichick has only good things to say about the new quarterback.

“Cam’s a hard-working kid. He really is. He’s worked very hard, I’d say, as all of our players have.

“I’d say that certainly for all the quarterbacks, at that position, those guys have been locked in, focused and confident in what they’re able to do and the information they have to give to the team — play-calling, adjustments, audibles, protection adjustments, things like that. That’s all going pretty well.”

This seems like some good praise. What do you think about what he had to say? Do you think he fits?
