Patriots’ Cam Newton Mocking Peyton Manning Is Guaranteed to Make You Laugh

Cam Newton had a little fun with Peyton Manning recently. The New England Patriots roster is looking quite a bit different today. With Tom Brady leaving the team, it is going to be the first time in a long time that they do not have a set quarterback.

While doing an interview with Graham Bensinger, Newton was able to show how good of a guy he is while also walking fans through how the offense is looking.

His personality has gotten him into trouble before. But fans will soon learn what he is like behind the scenes.

For many different reasons, Newton has always gotten made fun of for his seeming lack of intelligence. But we can see how little most football fans really know about the game when he talks us through a play.

During this interview, Newton walks fans through what it is like calling a play from the line of scrimmage. It is very easy, as you can see during the interview, to see why he is a natural leader. Newton goes on to make fun of Peyton Manning’s “Omaha” play, which turned into a joke back in 2014.

It is also funny to see how he talks about specific players being harder to deal with than others. Kelvin Benjamin turned out to be a nobody in Carolina as he could not catch and was quite overweight. But this did not stop Newton from taking the Panthers to a Superbowl. This still isn’t enough for some fans, however.

We are going to have to see how Newton turns out in New England. He did have a few words to give to his haters though. In the lead up to his Superbowl, Newton said “I’m an African-American quarterback that may scare a lot of people because they haven’t seen nothing that they can compare me to.”

That sounds like the real deal. Newton has a lot to prove on the field this season and we are ready for it. What do you think about his interview?
