Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe Pinpoint LeBron James’ Best Ever Teammate

Could LeBron James really his best teammate that he has ever played with? The Los Angeles Lakers are in the middle of a fight with the Portland Trail Blazers. Currently, the series is tied 1-1 but most thought that this would be an easy series win for the Lakers. Many even picked them to win the title this year.

But it seems like there are quite a few stories coming out these days on LeBron and his teammates. Even recently, he talked about who he would choose between Isiah Thomas and Magic Johnson. However, this story, is a little more recent.

Superstar LeBron James has had the amazing opportunity to team up with some greats. He got a ring with Kyrie Irving while playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the past. Now, he has teamed up with Anthony Davis.

But Shannon Sharp and Skip Bayless answered this question for him.

“The best teammate LeBron has had is D Wade. AD is a unicorn, but I don’t trust his intangibles yet. D Wade and Kyrie are two of the greatest clutch shooters in the history of this league.”

Shannon Sharp continued on Skip’s point.

“As far as just talent, there’s no question that AD is the best. But what made D Wade & Kyrie unique, is on the biggest of stages they shined bright. Right now I’d say D Wade is the best teammate he’s had.”

LeBron James indeed shocked everyone when in 2010 he come out with his intention to leave Cleveland for Miami to join Wade and Chris Bosh. They were all already stars at the time. They all 3 had a vision for the team. There was a bit of a let down season during the first try. However James and Wade bounced back, leading the Heat to back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013.

Wade has since retired while LeBron is still going strong in his 17th year. But we would love to hear it from LeBron himself. Who do you think is the best teammate he has ever had?
