LeBron James has been challenging Carmelo Anthony for two decades and now he plays against him in Game 4 vs Portland Trail Blazers. The Los Angeles Lakers face Portland in the first round of the playoff run and things go really well for the team. Anthony Davis is an excellent contributor and the Lakers use his amazing skills to move on with a win.

The most recent LeBron-Melo story includes Davis, too. The Los Angeles Lakers big man blocked Melo and LeBron James hit his dominant two-handed slam. You can’t stop that. These slams are no joke and LeBron’s opponents know it really well.

LeBron feels really great playing against the same player for two decades. He delivered a nice message for Melo following the Game 3 win. “And he still tryna post me up on the block too! This guy man!” LeBron wrote on Twitter. Yes, this friendly rivalry has been growing stronger over the years.

King James finished the game with 38 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists. Melo scored 20 points and six rebounds. The Lakers lead Portland in the series and they aren’t even close to their full potential. LeBron and his teammates arrived in the bubble with a great plan. Their initial plans worked really well and the Lakers clinched the top seed at the very beginning of the return. Although they lost five seeding games, LeBron is confident about his team. Of course, we can’t make any prediction and things can easily go bad overnight. But, LeBron likes the chemistry on the floor and he is definitely happy with their accomplishments.

LA had some offensive struggles in Orlando, but players found a way to fix the damage. LeBron liked his offensive pace in Game 3. That was his best performance in the bubble. LeBron has strong basketball chemistry and his photographic memory helps him read and make plays. He dominates the floor and the Lakers will need more of this dominance to win the long-awaited title.
