Watch: LeBron James Has Brutally Honest Comment on Year 2020 in Postgame Conference

LeBron James has been very honest with what he thinks is wrong with the world today in 2020. There are still the NBA playoff games going on but that is almost taking a backseat to what is going on in the United States right now. The Los Angeles Lakers finished up their first round series against the Portland Trail Blazers. They won the series 4-1 after a shocking Game 1 loss.

But even with the Playoffs going on, it seems like there is something different. Obviously, the NBA bubble is causing a few differences. One big difference is the lack of fans at the games. This means there is really no way to have a home court advantage, something that is definitely helping the better teams.

But outside of basketball, there are also a lot of things going on with out world today. The year 2020 has been a wild ride so far. It started with the death of Kobe Bryant in January and it has not gotten any better.

LeBron James recently came out with an interesting statement on 2020. He agrees, it has not been a very good year for anyone.

“To lose the Black Panther and the Black Mamba in the same year, we can all agree that 2020 is the s–ttiest year,” LeBron said.

LeBron honored actor Chadwick Boseman before the Lakers Game 5 on Saturday. Boseman was famous for his lead role in Black Panther. He died at 43 years of age after a battle with cancer. He did not go public with his diagnosis.

James has also talked about the BLM movement and what it means to him recently. After yet another shooting of a black man by police, many of the players are taking a stand against the racial injustice.

“If you’re sitting here telling me that there was no way to subdue that gentleman, or detain him, or before the firing of guns, then you’re sitting here, you’re lying to not only me, you’re lying to every African American, every Black person in the community because we see it over and over and over,” James said to reporters.

“If you watch the video, there (were) multiple moments where if they wanted to they could have tackled him, they could have grabbed him. They could have done that. Why does it always have to get to a point where we see the guns firing?”And his family is there. The kids are there. It’s in broad daylight … It’s just, quite frankly, it’s just f**ked up in our community.”
