The New England Patriots brought joy to their loyal fans, and shared some cool photos of players wearing the 2020 uniforms. It’s great to see Julian Edelman, Cam Newton and the rest of the guys wear the new pieces New England prepared this offseason.

After two weeks of buildup, Patriots players will hit the field in football pads on August 17. We all know that this is a close replica of the training camp we know. The offseason was full of arrivals and departures. Eight players decided to opt out of the regular season. Head coach Bill Belichick will work with a different-looking team. This year’s Patriots squad is nothing like the team we knew before. Players will have four weeks to prepare before the season opener against the Miami Dolphins.

The Patriots will win games in 2020 wearing new uniforms

Head coach Bill Belichick had some issues to solve. He added a few players to fix the roster. However, analysts are concerned about the depth of some positions. Will Belichick do something to improve his offensive tackle, tight end and linebacker? The head coach has to provide flexibility because things can change overnight. Players get injured and tough opponents will confront the team throughout the season.

New England has over $30 million in cap space to use. Of course, the team will have to leave some cash for 2021. Belichick may use some of the money to get talented players. The team has been linked with several players. James White, Joe Thuney, David Andrews, J.C. Jackson and Lawrence Guy are just a few of the players to enter the open market in 2021.

Playing without Patrick Chung and Duron Harmon won’t be easy. These two took part in four Super Bowl teams in the last six seasons. They have played key roles in the Patriots defense. Chung and Harmon are no longer here, but the Patriots have some young players and veterans to use.

The Patriots will enter a challenging year, and playing against Miami in Week 1 is the first big bite to swallow. But, Belichick is an optimist and he will make the right decision for his team.
