David Andrews Shares Message to Patriots Fans After Win Over Dolphins

David Andrews has a message for the New England Patriots fans after they were able to take down the Miami Dolphins. It was very interesting to see how the Patriots played in their first game of the 2020 season. They were clearly still in a bit of a work in progress mode but were still able to pull out the victory. Cam Newton was at the center of the victory.

New England picked up a pretty easy 21-11 win over the Miami Dolphins at home. The Patriotswere very much dependent on the run game during their game against their AFC East rival. They had a pretty good showing of 217 total yards on the ground in their first game.

Of course, the success on the ground did not come without some amazing play from the offensive line. Center David Andrews, who had a great game and helped them pick up all these yards, came out with a message for Patriot fans after the game.

Great first win.

This first game was very special for Andrews. This was his first game back since Super Bowl LIII. He missed the whole 2019 season after blood clots were found in his lungs. Cam Newton was able to make it even more special for him. After Newton scored his second rushing touchdown of the day, he handed the ball to Andrews for him to spike it.

Cam Newton will be looking forward to their next match up with the Seattle Sea Hawks while looking to go 2-0. It will be very interesting to see the match up against a better team. Will he be able to be as successful on the ground?

Newton had a good game but not a great game. He was able to pick up 2 rushing touchdowns in his first game but it is still obviously a work in progress.
