Devin McCourty Shouts Message To James White After Pick-Six In Patriots-Seahawks

Devin McCourty misses teammate James White in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks and it shows. White didn’t join his teammates in Seattle and he received full support from the Patriots nation. New England players didn’t forget about their grieving teammate, and they even sent him a message during the game.

The veteran is a late scratch for the game against Seattle. His father died in a car accident earlier today and his mother is in critical condition. White will miss the game and the Patriots will provide an update on his status for Week 3.

In the first series of the game in Seattle, the McCourty twin pulled out a pick-six and had a big message for his teammate.

Prior to the game, Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson took to Twitter to support White. They spend some time together at Wisconsin, and White will sure appreciate the message.

New England had to come up with a different formula following the terrible news. Head coach Bill Belichick is always prepared for similar scenarios. We are all humans and terrible things can happen overnight.

The Patriots play against a tough opponent, and players do their best to finish the game with a win. They did win the season opener against Miami.

Veteran quarterback Cam Newton scored his third touchdown in the game, and he is definitely trying to make Belichick proud. New England gave him a chance when no one else didn’t, and Newton is grateful. Winning Week 1 and leading the team to a win is a good sign.

Pats have a good chance to make the Super Bowl under Newton. His health was a major concern, but he played really well in Week 1. Patriots players work in perfect synergy. Devin, White, and the rest of the guys on the roster have adjusted to the winning formula, and there’s no coming back now.

We are sending our thoughts and prayers to White and his family. We really hope that his mother gets better fast.
