Isiah Thomas Snubs Michael Jordan in GOAT Debate, Says LeBron James Will Become Best Ever

The Isiah Thomas GOAT saga of LeBron James vs Michael Jordan continues and will continue forever. It seems like the two sides will never leave it along. We can all agree that both of these players are the best to ever do it. Unfortunately, everything has to be a competition these days. Right now, LeBron is focused on getting his Laker teammates to the Finals for the first time in years.

He also recently found out that he was not voted as the MVP once again. This is a snub in the biggest sense of the word. And he made his feelings known on what he thought about the voters. It is very safe to say that he was not happy.

Take a look at what he had to say.

“Pissed me off. That’s my true answer,” he said when asked for his thoughts on his place in the race. “It pissed me off because out of 101 votes, I got 16 first-place votes. That’s what pissed me off more than anything. You know, not saying that the winner wasn’t deserving of the MVP. But that pissed me off. And I finished second a lot in my career, either from a championship, and now four times as an MVP.”

“I never came into this league to be MVP or to be a champion. I’ve always just wanted to get better and better every single day, and those things will take care of itself. But some things is just out of my hand and some things you can’t control. But it pissed me off.”

Now Isiah Thomas is coming into the GOAT debate with his opinions on the matter. Have a look at what he had to say.

“I admire his insatiable appetite to be on top and stay on top,” Thomas said of LeBron.

“I’ve never seen a player dominate so many statistical categories. We’ve had players dominate certain areas, but we’ve never seen a player that truly does it all. And he’s done it, without fail, for 17 years. For now, Kareem is the best that’s ever done it. But by the time he’s done, LeBron James will be the best we have ever seen play the game of basketball.”
