Julian Edelman All About Bill Belichick Ragged Press Conference Sweatshirt

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick made headlines with the sweatshirt he wore for a press conference earlier this week. Pretty much every member of the NFL family discussed Belichick’s fashion choices and it seems like the Patriots head coach doesn’t really pay attention to that.

Belichick likes his sleeveless hoodies and we totally understand that. But, some guys just couldn’t understand Belichick’s idea of wearing a dirty and poked sweatshirt during his video press conference.

Social media users went wild, and we saw all the jokes on Twitter. Former Patriots running back Danny Woodhead said this was his “absolute favorite thing.” He likes Belichick and believes that the head coach was probably wearing the same sweatshirt he had ten years ago.

Veteran wideout Julian Edelman shared similar comments. During his appearance on WEEI’s “The Greg Hill Show,” Edelman said he totally approves coach B and his fashion choices.

“I like it. I think it’s awesome,” the wideout said. “That’s how Kanye West dresses. I mean, so maybe Bill influenced Kanye. The respect level goes up the roof for a guy that just doesn’t care what he looks like. He just cares about results and getting the job done.”

Couldn’t agree more. Belichick’s hair and sweatshirt don’t even mean a thing now. The legendary head coach has won a lot of Super Bowls. He is not into fashion. He just likes to get the job done and eventually win a title.

Belichick and his team are off to the Las Vegas Raiders. They lost Week 2 to the Seattle Seahawks, but Cam Newton plays well, so Belichick has nothing to worry about. The Raiders are tough, and they will definitely come prepared for a Belichick-led defense. Is that even possible?

Let’s see what happens Sunday. Newton looked sharp in the first two games of the season. He will definitely replicate the same success throughout the season. New England needs that. Winning a lot of games can easily seal Newton’s stay in New England.
