LeBron James Reacts to Record Setting Game 3 Win Over Rockets

LeBron James just sent out a message after another record after game 3. The Los Angeles Lakers are taking on the Houston Rockets in Round 2 of the NBA Playoffs. But the playoffs are looking very different this year. The COVID 19 situation has had a huge impact on the sports world. The NBA has now had to start in a bubble in Orlando.

The Lakers have been pretty on and off during their time in the bubble. But they were able to pick up the number 1 seed in the Western Conference. The Portland Trail Blazers were the unlucky opponents of the Lakers in the first round.

But now there are some other amazing stories coming out of the bubble. LeBron is one of the best to ever play the game. I think we can all agree on that. Some people would say that Michael Jordan is the best.

But with LeBron’s history in the playoffs, it is hard to pick. LeBron recently talked about this after the game. And he was right about what he said as well.

“Some people are built for this moment and some people aren’t,” LeBron said. “When you’ve been building your mind, body & soul for the postseason, no matter the circumstances and environment, you’re able to rise.”

It sounds like LeBron has been working towards this for a long time. The bubble situation has made it more difficult to stay focused, which he has made clear. But he is still making sure that he keeps himself and his team with their eyes on the prize.

LeBron had a game-high 36 points with 13-of-23 shooting in game 3. He also had 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal, and 4 blocks with 38 minutes of play. He was very aggressive from the beginning and he never took his foot off the throats of the Rockets.

LeBron will have to keep his foot on the gas if he wants to lead his team to the Finals. Hopefully they will find a way to pull out of this round with the Houston Rockets pretty quickly.

What do you think about what he had to say?
