LeBron James Reveals Why He Didn’t Bring Any of His 3 Children to NBA Bubble

LeBron James talked about his reasoning for not bringing his 3 children to the bubble recently. The NBA bubble is doing the job that it was designed to do. People in the bubble are not getting the COVID 19 which is the reason for the bubble in the first place. The Los Angeles Lakers are doing their best to get to the Western Conference Finals for the first time in years.

The Lakers are easily one of the most talented teams within the bubble. With LeBron James and Anthony Davis on the team, it is a wonder they have lost at all. But they do struggle to get it going offensively from time to time. The bubble has been difficult for everyone involved, however and it is starting to take its toll.

LeBron recently talked about why he did not bring his kinds to the bubble which was surprising to some.

“Because there’s nothing for them to do… I mean there’s only so many times (my daughter can go to the pool)… It makes no sense for them to be here. There’s nothing for them to do here.”

Well, there you go. It seems like a pretty good reason for them not to come. Players are currently the only ones within the bubble that can have their families with them.

Denver head coach Mike Malone recently talked about how unfair this is.

“First, I’m going to say something that has nothing to do with your question,” he said. “Today is Day 60. All right? The guys that came down here on July 7 — and there weren’t many of us because we were ravaged with COVID — this is the original crew. This is day No. 60. The reason why I bring that up is because the players have their families here, which they deserve, which is the right thing to do. The referees are allowed to bring one guest, which is great for the referees. The coaches, the coaches are not allowed to bring anybody.”
