Nike showed off the LeBron James 17 PE for game 4 and they were beautiful. The Los Angeles Lakers are currently involved in a battle with the Houston Rockets. The Lakers are clearly the better team in the series but it will still be a fight. With the Western Conference Finals on the horizon, the Lakers must be focused.

It will be the first time the Lakers have made the Western Conference Finals since 2010. That is a very long time without the victory that is expected from fans. The NBA bubble might change people’s opinions on what happened. But still, if the Lakers win the championship, it will be a huge deal.

But that is not the only deal. LeBron just released his new shoe in game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

Take a look at the new design. What do you think?

LeBron has been the sneaker king for awhile now. His Jordan line with Nike is infamous and is still famous. In fact, going past basketball, Jordan’s are a part of pop culture now. After the retirement of Michael Jordan, that task had to go to another player. That player was LeBron James. It has failed to get to the level of Michael Jordan, but is still a huge deal around the leage.

LeBron James has talked about his shows in the past. He is obviously very passionate about it and wants only the best.

“I usually don’t go through my sneakers like this,” the three-time NBA champion said, “but since it’s Air Max Day, gotta show a pair of Air Maxes.”

LeBron loves his shoes. But he also wants to win. Houston Rockets head coach Mike D’Antoni gave his team some advice on how to stop LeBron James.

“Sometimes a player plays a lot better when he thinks he’s somebody else,” D’Antoni said. “It’s amazing, when we watch it we say, ‘Why don’t you play like that all the time?’

“We tell them, act like you’re Kevin Durant or whoever. And they go crazy. They start scoring the ball. These guys are extremely talented, even if they’re on the scout team or whatever you want to call it.”
