Rajon Rondo Shares Confident Message After Lakers Take Game 3 From Rockets

Rajon Rondo has shared a very confident message after the Los Angeles beat the Houston Rockets in game 3. The Lakers are currently taking on the Houston Rockets in Round 2 of the NBA Playoffs. The NBA looks a lot different this year compared to most. The season was postponed for around 3 months before they were able to restart. But when the restarted, it started in a bubble format which has been difficult.

The bubble has worked when it comes to the COVID results. No one within the bubble has gotten COVID since it restarted at the beginning of July. But now it is back in full swing and teams are in the middle of the playoffs. The Lakers are in the middle of a battle with the Houston Rockets.

Now some are wondering if the Lakers have what it takes to get to the Finals for the first time in ages. Rajon Rondo has definitely helped them get back on track in a huge way.

Rondo’s teammates definitely have his back. When asked about his play, LeBron James had some pretty good things to say about his teammate.

Rondo also talked about being back.

“I love competing against the best,” Rondo said. “And right now, in our game, he’s arguably the best two guard of my time, my era. So each time I get a chance to match up with him, I look forward, along with Russ [Westbrook]. And it’s been fun. Like I said, the best thing about this experience is being able to compete at a high level, getting to play each other over and over again. It’s a chess match. We make adjustments, they make adjustments, and that’s what I thrive off of and I love. Love competing.”

The Lakers are hopefully going to be able to get to the Finals this year. What do you think about what Rondo put out on Instagram?
