Report: Kobe Bryant and Chadwick Boseman Had a Chilling Conversation About Working Together in 2020

Kobe Bryant and Chadwick Boseman have both passed away in the span of a year. This was a huge loss for those that pay attention to the social injustice that is so prevalent around the United States today. One of the people that have come out about the death of Boseman was Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James. He has been very vocal about everything that is going on recently.

“First of all, I want to continue to shed light on justice for Breonna Taylor and to her family and everything that’s going on with that situation,” James said to reporters as an opening statement. “…We want the cops arrested who committed that crime.”

“A lot of people kind of use this analogy, talking about Black Lives Matter as a movement. It’s not a movement,” James said. “When you’re Black, it’s not a movement. It’s a lifestyle. We sit here and say it’s a movement, and, OK, how long is this movement going to last? ‘Don’t stop the movement.’ No, this is a walk of life. When you wake up and you’re Black, that is what it is. It shouldn’t be a movement. It should be a lifestyle. This is who we are…”

Apparently, the two stars, Kobe and Boseman had a change to talk about things before Kobe’s death.

“I’m heartbroken. Shocked. Husband, Father, Strategist, Philosopher-Poet, Warrior-Athlete, Filmmaker…your focus is magnetic, Kobe. My love goes out to you and your family.” Boseman was obviously quite the Kobe fan.

He eventually went on about Kobe.

“Your life has meant so much to so many people,” Boseman says. “I can’t even put it into words how much because I didn’t even know how much it meant. I knew I loved Kobe but I didn’t know I loved him as much as I did.”

The two had a great friendship.

Boseman eventually said that the two hit it off at a party.

“He was like, ‘This is what I’m into right now as an artist, not as a basketball player.’ We started talking about it, I’m like ‘Yo we should do something together. We should work on something. You would be an amazing producer.”

“He looked up to me and I saw his eyes go in like he was meditating, like he was seeing and he said, ‘Two years.’ It’s like he saw the whole thing unfold and he was like, ‘I need two years.’ I walked away from him. I said to my fiancee, ‘Yo, he is who they say he is.’”

What do you think about what he had to say?
