Report: Patriots Make Huge Roster Move on Offense

The New England Patriots continue their big off season by making another roster move. The Patriots are looking to get back on top this season. Most people think that 2020 will be a huge bounce back year for the Patriots. After the disappointing 2019 season, many fans were not happy with what they say. After the season, legendary quarterback Tom Brady made the decision to leave for Tampa Bay.

His decision caused the Patriots to look for another quarterback. They were able to find Cam Newton, who is a former NFL MVP. However, he has had quite a few bad years to. Still though, it is looking very promising. Many people have come out with nice things to say about the new QB.

Report: Patriots Make Huge Roster Move on Offense

“I can see why he had the kind of success he had at Auburn and Carolina,” Belichick said. “Talking to people who were with him there, the things they said about him at Auburn and at Carolina from a decade ago or two to three years ago or even last year, it’s all the same and it showed up here. He’s an extremely hard worker. Nobody works harder than Cam does. He’s here early, he stays late, and he works very hard.”

They are going to need him to step up. Especially now that there is yet another big roster move.

After a pretty bad 2019 season in which he struggled with injuries and low productivity as well as a bad training camp, New England Patriots have told wide receiver Mohamed Sanu that he will be cut.

It sounded like this was pretty well known, however so it should not come as a surprise.

It is very interesting to see them make all these moves. They might be trying to make room for yet another free agent. They have not been shy with their signings this year and that is a good thing. They struggled heavily on offense last season so there is no doubt that they want to improve.

Hopefully these moves can help. What do you think about this cut?
