Report: Robert Kraft Sent A Message To Tom Brady After QB Left The Patriots

Tom Brady left the New England Patriots this off season and it feels a bit off. The 2019 season was definitely a bit disappointing to say the least. The Patriots struggled to do much of anything, especially offensively. But now they are looking to get back on track in a big way. It would very much help if newly signed quarterback Cam Newton has a big year, assuming he is the starter.

Even though Tom Brady left for Tampa Bay this off season, he still has tons of fans in the New England area. However, there is not anyone in Massachusetts that has as good of a relationship to Brady as New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

An short snippet from a book on the Patriots’ success show just how much love and admiration Kraft has for Brady. In one chapter, it was revealed that he sent a letter to Brady.

In the prose, Kraft admitted his love for Brady and showed how impressed he was by how“classy” he is. He even went on to mention that he was proud of Brady’s parents for bringing Brady into this world.

“Love you more than you know for being so classy in everything you do,” Kraft wrote, in the book. “Your parents should be so proud. I love them for creating you. You are truly one of a kind.”

Brady talked about what he said to Kraft after making the decision.

“I called Mr. Kraft and I went over to his house,” Brady told reports. “I went over and I just said, ‘Look, I just want to say how much I love you and I appreciate what we’ve done together and I know that we’re not going to continue together, but thank you. Thank you for providing what you have for my family and for my career.'”

Brady was a huge part of the Patriot’s dynasty. He was and always will be one of the best quarterbacks of all time and it is sad to see him play for another team. Hopefully Newton can get the team back on track.
