The veteran was honored to have his name on the list. Rondo’s name is added to the list of the NBA greats and it sure feels great.

“Mentioning my name with Isaiah and Mike it’s definitely a humbling experience and feeling,” Rondo said of his accomplishment. “I’m going to soak it all in the night, get back and watch the film. It’s a teammate award. So I can’t thank my teammates enough. Those guys make the shots and they’re allowing me to push the ball and trust me with the ball. So it’s a team effort. I wouldn’t have done it without all of my teammates I play with. I’m very fortunate and thankful to have the opportunity to play with certain guys in the league.”

Rondo missed a significant part of the adventures his teammates had inside the NBA bubble. He fractured his thumb and had to undergo surgery to repair it. Lakers players welcomed him back on the floor, and Rondo is just doing his job. His absence was felt, and LA players can finally use his great skills. Rondo is an excellent leader and Los Angeles needs him.
