Anthony Davis Addresses on His Free Agency After NBA Finals Win With Lakers

There are a few questions regarding Anthony Davis and his free agency. LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers are officially world champions. This is what they have been working towards for several months within the NBA bubble. And it definitely was not easy. LeBron recently talked about his time within the NBA bubble so far. Apparently, it has not been easy.

“It’s probably been the most challenging thing I’ve ever done, as far as a professional,” James said during a press conference recently. “As far as committing to something and actually making it through. But I knew what we were coming here for.”

“Obviously I would be lying if I said up here that I knew that everything inside the bubble, whatever, the toll that it would take on your mind, your body, everything else. It’s been extremely tough.”

But the Lakers hard work has finally paid off. They were able to take down the Miami Heat last night behind an amazing performance from LeBron. The Miami Heat went down 2-0 and everyone was writing them off completely. They were able to bounce back behind Jimmy Butler.

But now, only a few hours after the Lakers won the NBA title, there are questions coming up about Anthony Davis’s free agency. His answer was short and to the point. It sounds like he has not made up his mind yet.

“I have no idea,” Anthony Davis said. “I had a great time in LA this year. It’s been nothing but joy and amazement. Over the next couple of months, we’ll figure it out. I’m not 100% sure.”

Obviously, Davis will have to weigh his options before making any long term decisions. But the Lakers is a great place for him to be. He and LeBron definitely have a nice relationship and this could be the first title of many.

He will have the chance to sign for quite a bit of money should he choose to stay. He is definitely worth the money that will be required and it will be interesting to see what he chooses to do. What do you think he will choose to do?
