Chris Bosh Opens Up on His and Lebron James’ Possible Move to Chicago Bulls

Chris Bosh has opened up on his and LeBron James possibly moving to Chicago back in the day. The Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron’s current team, are officially NBA champions. They were able to take down the Miami Heat in only 6 games in this year’s playoffs. And they looked very impressive doing it.

But it was not all easy. LeBron and his teammates struggled in the bubble quite a bit. Especially since they had to stay in one place for such a long time. Take a look at what he has said in the past.

“I am here for one reason and one reason only, and that’s to compete for a championship,” James said. “And that was my mindset once I entered the bubble, once I entered the quarantine process the first two days. And then right from my first practice my mindset was to, if I’m going to be here, make the most of it and see what you can do and lock in on what the main thing is. And the main thing was for us to finish the season and compete for a championship.

“So that’s just been my mindset throughout these — I don’t even know how many days it is, whatever how many days it is, it feels like five years so it really doesn’t matter. I’ve been as locked in as I’ve ever been in my career.”

Now that the off season is officially here, more and more people are starting to talk about the other parts of the NBA. One story that came up was Chris Bosh. He recently talked about a move that would have brought him and LeBron to Chicago.

On a recent podcast, Bosh said “It was close. It was a thing I didn’t expect. I didn’t expect Chicago to put together such a good package together. It could have been me, LeBron, D Rose, Joakim Noah, Taj Gibson, Luol Deng… Kirk Hinrich and fill in the blanks after that.”

That would have been a huge trade. But obviously, things moved in a different direction. What do you think about this possible trade from way back when?
