Incredible Photos of Gillette Stadium, Fenway Park After October Snowstorm

Gillette Stadium was hit with the first snowstorm for the season, and Boston football fans would love to see their sanctuary covered in snow. There’s nothing better than a three-inch snow sheet, right? The entire city was covered in snow, and there are some cool photos of it.

Well, this doesn’t change the fact that someone will have to get out there and clean up the mess. Breaking out the shovels on Halloween doesn’t seem like the perfect scenario. But, the snow did make for some cool photos of Fenway Park and Gillette Stadium. Sunsets are awesome, but the first New England snowstorm is magical.

Granular snow blanketed New England on Friday morning. It got up to four inches in some areas. Roads became slick and slushy. The snow is expected to melt over the weekend. The US will have clear skies in the next few days, and the weather will be pretty cool.

According to recent weather forecast, the Northeast and Upper Midwest will have seasonably cool conditions. The South and the Rockies will have mild weather, and people in Southern California can definitely enjoy their warm weather. Showers are expected to hit the Pacific Northwest.

Patriots are not playing at Gillette Stadium during the snowstorm

October snow is not an unusual sight in the Northeast. But, it doesn’t really accumulate to a measurable depth. Nine years ago, the Oct. 29 storm came with a 20-inch snow cover. Remember Snowtober, right?

The New England Patriots won’t have their Sunday’s game at Gillette Stadium. Head coach Bill Belichick and his players are having a road game against the Buffalo Bills. The weather will be much better next week, so the Patriots won’t have any trouble.

Weather is the last problem New England has right now. The team “survived” three straight losses, and some analysts predict a fourth win for Belichick’s team. Well, the Patriots will do their best to stop the losing streak and come home with a win. The team has won just two games for the season. Just for the record, Tom Brady and his Tampa Bay Buccaneers have won five games.
