Lakers’ Markieff Morris Posts Message After His Game 5 Blunder

Markieff Morris has posted a message to Los Angeles Laker fans after his mistake in Game 5. The Los Angeles Lakers were not able to pull out the victory last night. It has been clear that the Lakers are the more talented team in this series. But that does not it will be an easy win for the Lakers. Are the start of the series, it looked like it would be a cake walk.

The Lakers went up in the series 2-0 and the Miami Heat were not even putting up much of a fight. But they have bounced back in a big way the past few games. And now they were able to force a game 6 and possibly even a game 7. But the Lakers are still very motivated to win this title for its fanbase. It has been a very long time since the Lakers have brought a title to LA.

LeBron talked about this previously.

“I am here for one reason and one reason only, and that’s to compete for a championship,” James said. “That was my mindset once I entered the bubble, once I entered the quarantine process the first two days. And then right from my first practice my mindset was to, if I’m going to be here, make the most of it and see what you can do and lock in on what the main thing is. And the main thing was for us to finish the season and compete for a championship.”

But it was not really LeBron’s fault the Lakers lost. Instead, Markieff Morris had a pretty big blunder. He talked about this after the game. It sounds like he is ready to get back on track. Take a look at what he said:

“Best thing about a loss is you get to really see who’s with you and who ain’t,” Morris wrote on Twitter.

True for him and for the Lakers. He knows his teammates have his back and that is the most important part. What do you think about what he had to say?
