NBA Great Isiah Thomas Declares LeBron James The Greatest Player of All Time

The Los Angeles Lakers will have their fifth game against the Miami Heat. LA has a 3-1 lead over the Heat in the series and things look really good for the team. Heat players gave LeBron James a big headache in Game 3, but they keep forgetting that LeBron James really is the greatest basketball player of all time. Many current and former basketball players would agree on this one, including NBA legend Isaiah Thomas.

Robert Horry and John Salley are the only players to win a title with three different franchises. They were role players and their performance was more than brilliant. King James can easily join this group if he wins a title with the Lakers. He has had two stints with the Cleveland Cavaliers and one with the Miami Heat. The Lakers are his third team and LeBron is doing his best to win a title.

LeBron James is the greatest basketball player of all time

The three-time NBA champion is in his 17th NBA season and he is 35. He is great in every aspect of the game. This sure earns him the top spot of every all-time list. LeBron is an incredible player and the Lakers are happy to have him around.

LeBron’s debut with the Lakers was terrible, but his second year is amazing.

A few weeks ago, Thomas said Kareem Abdul Jabbar is the best player of all time. He was also convinced that LeBron could easily take the throne. If you ask him now, Thomas will say that LeBron is the GOAT.

“The best and most ‘complete’ player I have ever seen in my lifetime is King James on and off the floor. He passed the eye test and the numbers confirm what my eyes have seen in every statistical category. GOAT let it be known.”

Thomas knows how things rolled in the late 1980s and early 1990s. He knows a lot about Michael Jordan and his style with the Bulls.

LeBron has three titles and 10 NBA Finals appearances. He has won MVP awards and made 16 straight All-Star Games. He is the GOAT. Simple as that.
