Patriots Share Awesome Photo Of Jarret Stidham & Damien Harris On Same Pop Warner Team

The New England Patriots have shared an awesome photo of Jarret Stidham and Damien Harris on the same Pop Warner team. The Patriots are coming off a disappointing loss the the Kansas City Chiefs last night. The Patriots, before yesterday, were looking very impressive going into week 4. But the Chiefs are easily one of the best teams in the NFL and they had they hands full. That is especially true given that Cam Newton was unable to play.

He was out of this week’s clash due to his positive COVID test. This caused the game to be postponed and him to sit out. This definitely made the offense take a step back. They failed to get much done on the offensive side of the ball. This is unfortunate given that Newton was in a bit if a groove.

Bill Belichick talked about how well Newton has looked recently.

“I think when you’re talking about mobile quarterbacks — guys that are tough to handle, can throw, run, make good decisions … — I would put him at the top of the list.  “Not saying there aren’t a lot of other good players that do that, but I would say of all the guys we played recently in the last couple of years, I think he’s the hardest guy to (defend).”

“He makes good decisions, can run. He’s strong. He’s hard to tackle. He can do a lot of different things. He can beat you in a lot of different ways. We saw that in the game in 2013. I would put him at the top of the list. I’m not saying the other guys aren’t a problem, because they are. But he’s maybe public enemy No. 1.”

But there is now a new quarterback in town.

Jarrett Stidham got off to a pretty good start when he came in late in the third quarter on Monday night.

He threw his first touchdown pass and it was thanks to a big run from Damien Harris.

It seemed like they have a bit of chemistry and maybe there is a reason for that. Stidham and Harris go way back.

They played Pop Warner football together growing up in Kentucky. They shared a photo of themselves during Monday Night Football.

This is pretty cool. What do you think?
