Potential Replacement For Julian Edelman and N’Keal Harry Revealed

The New England Patriots deal with several major issues at the moment. NFL analysts are pretty worried about the Patriots receiving unit. New England is forced to find a replacement for several players, including Julian Edelman and N’Keal Harry.

The Patriots will play without two key receivers, and that makes things really difficult for the team. At this point of the season, the Patriots rely on Gunner Olszewski, Jakobi Meyers, and Damiere Byrd. In other words, the Patriots will have to use at least one player from the practice unit or trade/sign someone to provide enough depth.

Belichick has a good replacement for Julian Edelman

Isaiah Zuber is definitely an option. He has played three games for the Patriots in 2020, tallying “one reception and two runs on jet sweeps with all three plays going for first downs.” Zuber has also had a tackle on special teams.

New England signed Zuber as an undrafted free agent. He has the perfect athleticism, and the Patriots decided to get him despite his lack of experience. Zuber played well for the practice unit. Two of his elevations happened as a result of positive coronavirus test results.

Mason Kinsey and Kristian Wilkerson could see some action in Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills.

Harry recovers from the concussion he suffered in Week 7. His status is still up in the air. If Harry doesn’t play, New England will have to use another player from the practice unit.

Mason Kinsey and Kristian Wilkerson are valuable players. They were signed from the Tennessee Titans practice unit.  Kinsey has more size and durability than Olszewski, but he is less explosive. Wilkerson has shown great physical ability, too.

Head coach Bill Belichick will have to do a lot of thinking right now. He has made some calculations, and the Patriots nation trusts his instincts. Belichick has the perfect winning formula, but he doesn’t have the perfect roster. Hopefully, the brilliant coach will come up with another brilliant solution. New England needs that as players continue their struggle on the field. The Buffalo Bills are a big bite to swallow.

With Julian Edelman out, rookie Isaiah Zuber is the most likely candidate to replace him. Here’s a brief look at Zuber’s vitals at a summary of his collegiate career. Zuber, 23, played three seasons at Kansas State before spending his final college season at Mississippi State. The 6-foot, 190-pounder left Kansas State with 127 career receptions for 1,321 yards and 11 touchdown receptions, both top-10 marks in school history. As a senior in 2019, he played in 13 games with three starts at Mississippi State and caught 14 passes for 211 yards and two touchdowns. #Patriots #NewEnglandPatriots #CamNewton #StephonGilmore #DevinMcCourty #JasonMcCourty #JoshMcDaniels #JCJackson #LawrenceGuy #ChaseWinovich #JoshUche #KyleDugger #JoeThuney #JamesWhite #DamienHarris #JarrettStidham #AdamButler #JJTaylor #DevinAsiasi #DaltonKeene #JulianEdelman #NKealHarry #GunnerOlszewski #DavidAndrews #BillBelichick #isaiahzuber #AFCEast #AFC #NFL
