The Los Angeles Lakers won the 2020 NBA Championship and players went wild in the locker room. Lakers players sure know how to celebrate. Let’s be honest. They have a really good reason to celebrate in the next few days. Weeks. Months.

LA found a way to defeat Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat. It was a beautiful 106-93 win in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Sunday was a big day for the Lakers family. LeBron James and his teammates put on quite a show.

Everybody danced, hugged, cried and drank. Drinking champagne is the perfect way to celebrate, right? They even sprayed each other with the fancy drink.

Lakers players to repeat the same locker room celebration

Many would agree that this was the biggest championship win in Lakers history. LA has 17^th titles and ties the Boston Celtics for the most in NBA history. Each win was glorious in its own way, but this one was special. Lakers players won a title in 2020, the same year Kobe Bryant died. They played inside a bubble, warding away the coronavirus pandemic. superstars played without the much-needed crowd. The arenas were empty. It was sad at some points of the game, but LA players did it.

LeBron proved his greatness. He helped defeat his former team with a 28-point game. The four-time NBA champion also recorded 14 rebounds and 10 assists. Yes, LeBron has the receipt for greatness and these numbers say pretty much everything  you should know about him. LeBron won another NBA MVP award, and became the only player in NBA history with three awards for three different teams. He is one of only two legends with four or more awards. Michael Jordan is the other player.

King James has earned his spot in the Hall of Fame, and he will sure win many games in the next few seasons. Retirement is not even an option, and the king is looking forward to his next season with Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers. Hopefully, they will be able to replicate the performance they had in 2020.
