Watch: JR Smith Takes Over DJ Booth in Las Vegas While Celebrating Championship

Los Angeles Lakers veteran guard JR Smith celebrated his championship win in the most brilliant way ever. He did something similar after winning a title with the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2016 NBA Finals. His team was able to overcome a 3-1 deficit and defeat the Golden State Warriors.

We all remember how Smith went shirtless for  a week to celebrate his title. This championship win actually put an end to the Cavaliers’ championship drought.

Four years later, Smith was shirtless before the final buzzer sounded. He knew that his team would finish the series with a title. Game 6 was a pure win for LA. The 35-year-old was shirtless and super excited about the success of his team. This sort of rubbed off on Dwight Howard, Kyle Kuzma, Alex Caruso and other teammates. They all went shirtless during the postgame press conference.

JR Smith celebrates his championship win like a boss

The Lakers celebrated the team’s 17th win at Marquee in Las Vegas. Can you imagine seeing Smith behind the DJ booth? Well, that’s exactly what he did.

The most surprising detail of the whole thing is the fact that the Lakers veteran had a shirt on. He didn’t have one in 2016.

Smith did his job behind the DJ booth, and there were also dancers waving a flag with the Lakers logo. Everyone had a really great time.

Lakers superstar LeBron James was spotted in Vegas smoking his cigar with a number on it. He was playing blackjack and rooted for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

LA players have every right to celebrate. This was a great success for the team. Players had to compete for a title under special conditions. Finishing the season in a bubble is super challenging and LA players did that. They defeated their opponents with an easy. It took six games for the Lakers to defeat Miami. It was a beautiful season, and LA players had the best game in Orlando. They entered the NBA bubble as a top seed in the West. It was an image to maintain and the Lakers did that.
