Here’s Patriots Only Chance to Win Against Ravens Oppressive D

The New England Patriots have  a real chance to win the game against the Baltimore Ravens. They won the match against the New York Jets, putting an end to the four-game break. New England has a minus-1 turnover differential on the regular season which ties them for 18th in the NFL. Baltimore is plus-4 and ties for sixth.

Analysts have made some bold predictions about the team’s upcoming challenge. Jamison Hensley believes that the Ravens will hit over 40 points for the first time in the season. Baltimore has a 10-game road win streak, and quarterback Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore offense averaged more points than any other team away from home. The Patriots gave up 37 points last season to Baltimore, has a weak defense this season.

“The Ravens will score over 40 points for the first time this season. During Baltimore’s 10-game road win streak, quarterback Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore offense have averaged more points (32.3) than anyone else away from home. New England, which gave up 37 points last season to the Ravens, has a banged-up defense working on a short week.”

Patriots to defeat Ravens

The Patriots have failed to deliver a passing TD in four straight contests. A fifth straight contest matches the second-longest streak in team history. The team set a six-game record in 1972. Wide receiver Jakobi Meyers may help the team break the spell. He had 169 receiving yards, 12 receptions, 14 targets and 8 first downs in the game at MetLife Stadium. Those are career highs for the talented wideout.

Jackson had 40.7% of his fantasy points of the season thanks to his leg game. This rate is pretty similar to the one he had last year (40%). The deep ball is considered as one of the few fantasy-scoring problems. Jackson’s points per deep attempt dropped to 36.3% this season.

Hensley goes with a 41-24 win for Baltimore, and Reiss predicted a 20-17 win for Bill Belichick and his team.

The Patriots will try to win more games this season despite all the injuries players have been dealing with lately.
