New England Patriots veteran wideout Cam Newton led the team to the second straight win. Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens had a good game, but the Patriots found a way to shut them down. It was a well-earned win for the Patriots, and they managed to win the game despite the bad weather. Patriots and Ravens competed in the middle of a storm, and things got worse at the end of the game. What did he do? The great Cam Newton drinks rain. Simple as that.

Newton threw for 118 yards and a touchdown. He rushed for 21 yards and a touchdown and didn’t commit any turnovers.

Cam Newton drinks rain in a new ritual

Newton’s production company, Iconic Saga, and The Camera Guys of NBC Sports Boston shared videos of the quarterback drinking rain on his way out of the field. Right before entering the locker room, Newton said, “that’s a Dub-Aid.”

Well, Newton sure enjoyed his big win against the tough opponents. He helped the team reach a 4-5 record in the regular season. Things have started to look a lot better for the Patriots. They have won two consecutive games and winning a road win against the Houston Texans looks like a piece of cake right now.

Patriots can reach .500 without any trouble. Newton has returned back to normal and it shows. Lamas Jackson praised his skills and talent. He has been watching Newton play for a really long time. This time Newton showed everyone that he can play elite football despite his coronavirus struggle and all the injuries he had in the past few weeks.

Head coach Bill Belichick decides to trust Newton. He gave him the starting role for the season. Belichick gave him the No. 1 quarterback job despite Jarrett Stidham’s great skills. He even passed Brian Hoyer.

The Patriots have a good chance to enter the playoff picture. It was a pretty impossible scenario a couple of weeks ago. However, the win against Baltimore changed everything. New England found a way to neutralize a strong opponent. This gave players additional motivation to win the next few games.
