The Los Angeles Lakers won a lot of games with their purple and gold jerseys. These two colors represent one of the best teams in the world of spots. However, the front office is open to changes, and they really like to stir things a bit once in a while. This time, the Lakers will be wearing their “City Edition” jerseys, and fans had incredible reactions.
There’s nothing better than old school.
The team has already had these colors, and fans know it really well. But, it was a pleasant surprise and their reaction was more than amazing.
This is nothing like the purple and gold, but that doesn’t change the fact that white and blue look super good too. The NBA has always encouraged teams to wear other alternative jerseys. This combination is definitely one of the best combinations in the entire league. LA players have the “Mamba” jerseys and the brand new “City Edition” is super cool. The Lakers are off to another great season. They finished the 2019-20 season with a title. Players traveled to Orlando to finish the regular season inside the bubble and returned with a trophy.

He brought several valuable players to the roster, inclugin Dennis Schroder and Montrezl Harrell. Marc Gasol joined the team this offseason, and Wesley Matthews will contribute to the game as well. In other words, this Lakers team looks much better than the 2019-20 squad. LeBron James will be playing alongside some of the greatest players across the NBA. Anthony Davis re-signed a mass extension with the team and he will stay around for at least five years.
The Clippers were one of the favorites last season, but things didn’t look to well. They added Serge Ibaka and changed the head coach. Their city rivals upgraded the roster and look pretty tough. Both LA teams will meet at the beginning of the new season, and experts predict a win for LeBron’s squad.
