Julian Edelman Posts His First Instagram Since Returning to Patriots Practice

The New England Patriots couldn’t wait to see one of their veterans back on the field. Well, veteran wideout Julian Edelman was finally able to return to practice. He looks like a superstar and yes, he also acts like someone whose season isn’t over yet.

Edelman has been out of the field since Week 7. He was dealing with a terrible knee injury and had to undergo a surgery to fix it. This knee injury was bugging Edelman for quite some time and it also affected his game. We don’t know whether the team will activate Edelman off injured reserve at this point of the season. The team has three games left of the season but their playoff hopes are too small for experts to make bold predictions. Edelman doesn’t feel that way. He feels as if the season has just started for him. Truth is, New England still has a chance to make the playoffs. But, this depends on many other factors. NFL teams have to “work in favor” of the Patriots.

Julian Edelman looks great in his return to practice

Recent reports suggest that Edelman plans to play in 2020. He took to his Instagram account to deliver his thoughts on the season. According to this, we don’t really believe that Edelman will sit out the remainder of the season.

Having Edelman back on the field won’t really help the team. But, it may also be a motivation for other players. Edelman is 34 and he has had great games in his football career. He is used to games of this kind. We also know that Edelman will soon retire.

Will Edelman suit up for the game against the Miami Dolphins? We will have to wait and see what happens next in the season. New England has yet to rule out Edelman. He looks and plays well. His teammates didn’t want to see him hurt. They were really concerned about him. Well, he is back now and he looks stronger than ever.
