If you ask the four-time NBA champion, he will say that his training regimen keeps him going. LeBron has reached incredible heights in the NBA. Just a handful of players have done the same thing in their professional career.

The king of basketball played fewer minutes than usual in order to keep his body strong and fresh for the upcoming season.

In the 138-115 win over the Dallas Mavericks, LeBron scored 22 points, seven rebounds, and 10 assists. In other words, LeBron is in his prime. NBA fans enjoyed watching the Lakers superstar throw in several dunks in the first few dunks of the regular season.
