Lakers Provide Injury Updates for LeBron James and Anthony Davis For Game vs Trail Blazers

The Los Angeles Lakers didn’t have both superstars on the basketball court in the game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. However, it looks like everyone is playing in the upcoming game against the Portland Trail Blazers. According to recent injury updates, both LeBron James and Anthony Davis will play in Monday’s match against the Blazers.

Davis is nurturing his right calf injury. He didn’t suit up for the match against Minnesota. Both LeBron and Davis will join their forces and help the team win this game. LeBron is dealing with an ankle injury. He tweaked the same ankle twice. Well, Lakers head coach Frank Vogel has yet to make a decision on LeBron’s status for the game.

Positive injury updates on LeBron James and Anthony Davis

LeBron played 26 minutes in the game. He finished the night with 18 points, nine rebounds, and five assists. Davis is back in the game and forward Kyle Kuzma will go back to the bench. Things will change if LeBron plays tonight.

Kuzma was brilliant in the game against Minnesota. He scored 20 points on 6-of-12 shooting from the field.

Los Angeles will have their rematch against the Blazers. This will be a rematch of the first-round playoff series. LA shut down the team in five games.

The team is packed with talent. Having both LeBron and Davis on the floor is more than welcome. Talen Horton-Tucker was brilliant in the preseason. LA signed Marc Gasol and Montrezl Harrell for a good reason. Dennis Schroder is doing his magic on the field and Wesley Matthews got his chance to play his best basketball.

LeBron and Davis have to stay healthy and strong. The team is entering another long season and Lakers head coach Vogel will use every bit of talent on the roster. LA players have a great chance to win this season’s championship. Hopefully, they won’t have to deal with serious injuries.
