LeBron James Cracks Eye-Opening Joke About Being Drunk, Wine

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James loves wine and everyone knows it. LeBron and his teammates won the game against the Dallas Mavericks and the king has really great plans for his postgame ritual.

“I’m gonna go home and be double-fisting (wine) so I can not air-ball any more free throws,” LeBron said.

This refers to his airball at the free throw line in the third quarter against the Mavericks. The four-time NBA champion finished the game with 22 points, seven rebounds, and 10 minutes in his 31 minutes on the floor.

Anthony Davis scored 28 points, eight rebounds, and five assists in his 30 minutes on the field.

Montrezl Harrell had 22 points and seven rebounds. Dennis Schroder stacked 18 points and six assists. Kuzma had 13 points and six rebounds.

“We have two heavyhitters,” LeBron said following the game. “Myself and AD. We have the ability to have three or four guys than can score in the 20s.”

Davis was impressed with the game and the performance his teammates had.

“We got a really good team,” said Anthony Davis. “We got a lot of guys on our team. That’s a good problem. We did a good job tonight in terms of transition. We’re continuously trying to find our rhythm.”

LeBron and his teammates are also trying to find the right rhythm. They had 16 turnovers in the game, but surprised everyone with their 33 assists. According to LeBron, the team could have stacked 40 assists.

Lakers head coach Frank Vogel is working on LeBron’s load management. He said there were no minutes restrictions on LeBron.

“I don’t have a firm number,” Vogel said. “Just being responsible with it. You just feel out the game.”

LeBron would respect every decision Vogel makes.

“If coach wants to limit my minutes, I’m willing to do whatever coach needs to me do,” he said.

“I train my body for whatever. Show it to you guys over and over. I train my body for a marathon. I learn it from my mom and from OGs growing up. If you stay ready you don’t have to get ready.”
