When it comes to Sanders’ mittens, they were made by a teacher from Essex Junction, Vermont. Jen Ellis made mittens for all the teachers in her daughter’s daycare. Sanders’ daughter-in-law works there, so she got her pair. That’s how Sanders got his pair.

These mittens are made from repurposed wool sweaters. They are lined with fleece and look super warm. Sanders was definitely warm. Internet users would definitely love a pair of these.
