Lakers’ LeBron James Makes NBA History Early vs Celtics

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James makes NBA history with every game he plays. Some would say that LeBron is not a successful shooter, but guess what… He is doing an excellent job in that part of the game. LeBron and his Lakers teammates defeated the Boston Celtics Saturday, and it was a big night for the king of basketball.

Early in the game, LeBron moved to 13th All-Time in career 3-pointers made. King James needed just one shot to pass J.R. Smith on the list. He hit his 1,931st triple to enter history once again.

Joe Johnson ranks 12th with his 1,976 three-point shots. From what we can see, LeBron can easily pass Johnson in the next few months. Ray Allen is first on this list with 2,973, Stephen Curry is second with 2,578. The list continues with Reggie Miller (2,560), James Harden (2,373), Vince Carter (2,290), Jason Terry (2,282), Jamal Crawford (2,221), Paul Pierce (2,143), Jason Kidd (1,988), and Dirk Nowitzki (1,982).

LeBron James will keep making NBA history

LeBron knocked down a career-best 41.7 percent clip from long distance in the first 20 regular-season games this year. The 16-time All-Star is hitting triples more than ever. NBA experts are impressed with his 6.6 attempts per game with the team this season. LeBron usually makes 2.8 of these attempts.

This is a huge improvement for LeBron. He is a career 34.6 percent shooter.

LeBron has been working on his shooting throughout his entire career. It wasn’t his best weapon in 2003. However, the kid from Akron is determined to stay on the throne and this percentage speaks volumes. Let’s not forget that LeBron is 36. This improvement confirms this willingness to win the GOAT debate. The Lakers superstar is focused on winning games with the Lakers. He has already won a ring with the purple and gold. Let’s see how will things go in 2021. Maybe the superstar will be able to win his second championship as a Laker.

The Lakers have a good record at this point of the season. This increases their chances to make the NBA Finals and win their rings. Rob Pelinka signed a group of talented players, and this is the result.
