Tom Brady Delivers Message To Patriots Fans Ahead Of Super Bowl LV

Tom Brady was part of the New England Patriots for two decades and celebrated six championship wins with his fans. However, the legendary quarterback will soon play his Super Bowl with another team. TB12 left the Patriots in March 2020 and signed a two-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It was hard for everyone to watch Brady win games while wearing a different uniform for the first time in his career.

Brady helped the Bucs make the first NFC championship since 2002. Media members wanted to know more about his first season away from New England. Brady’s Super Bowl appearance makes the hottest headlines these days.

If he were a Pats fan, would Brady be happy to see himself play with another team.

“I had an incredible 20 years (in New England),” TB12 said. “Really, an incredible 20 years. I wouldn’t change anything over the course of 20 years. That was magical, and all the relationships I developed, those shaped me into who I am as a person, as a player. My kids were born in Boston. I have great affection for the city and for everything that Boston has meant to me and my family — and all of New England, not just Boston.”

Tom Brady enjoys great support from Patriots fans

Brady knew nothing about New England’s geography when he became a Patriot in 2000. He spent twenty years with the team and then took his talents somewhere else.

“I didn’t even know where New England was when I got picked by New England,” TB12 said. “That was always a funny story. They called me and said, ‘Oh, you’ve been picked by New England.’ And I was like, ‘That’s amazing. Where’s New England?’ And I landed in Providence, which really screwed me up because that’s not even in Massachusetts.

“It was a great 20 years, and at the end of the day, I had an opportunity to become a free agent. I evaluated different opportunities and just tried to make the best possible decision for myself and my family. I chose Tampa, and it’s just been an amazing experience.”

Brady led the Buccaneers to a nice record in 2020. The team finished the regular season with an 11-5 record. Players celebrated playoff wins over the Washington Football Team, New Orleans Saints, and Green Bay Packers. Brady will play against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LV.
