Brandon Ingram Has Brutally Honest Message For LeBron James

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James gained support from his current and former teammates. Well, former Lakers player Brandon Ingram talked about LeBron James, and he actually delivered a message for the king.

Most of LeBron’s current and former teammates have great respect for him. Some players have expressed animosity toward the king of basketball. Remember what happened with Kyrie Irving? The Brooklyn Nets star got into a thing with LeBron. He did apologize, but fans remember his comments. Irving took a shot at LeBron with some of his most recent comments. He even said that Kevin Durant is the best teammate he has ever had.

Brandon Ingram “forgot” about LeBron James

Ingram did the same. He spent one year with the 16-time All-Star in Los Angeles. The front office traded him to the New Orleans Pelicans. Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart, and three first-round picks were traded in the same package. LA really wanted to get Anthony Davis. AD’s signing put an end to Ingram’s time in LA. Los Angeles gave up on most of their young players and future draft picks to get the big man.

The Lakers won the 2019-20 NBA Finals thanks to the great connection between LeBron and AD. They are ready to do the same, but Davis has to recover. He will stay on the sidelines for a month. The Pelicans missed out the playoffs in 2019-20. This season was supposed to be good, but the Pelicans have a 14-18 start. They are three games behind the eight seed in the West.

Ingram has some animosity toward King James for how things ended two years ago. He praised Zion Williamson and said he has “never played with a player as talented” as himself.

“I’ve never played with a player as talented as me,” Ingram said. “And he’s a generational talent.”

Ingram can praise his teammates as much as he wants, but he should really think twice before saying something like this. This diss shocked us.

LeBron’s experience with the Lakers’ former young core was disappointing. He was bored and frustrated playing alongside Ingram and the rest of the players.
